FREQUENCY RESPONSE [DIFF]

Tested by comparison with Lindos MM3 mic (believed flat) in Lindos studio using Mackie HR824 speaker plus 18-inch sub-woofers.

Note the 6dB peak around 15kHz cause by the grill chamber resonance, which will add some brightness and go some way towards providing the boost above 6kHz that is desirable for lapel use. Without the grill the mic is flatter and only a little on the bright side for general use. The falling low-freq response is a puzzle, as I have not noticed this previously and it may be a feature of this particular sample out of the many I have in use.

Noise level is 42dB SPL 468-wtd which is quite good, but worse than the Beyer specification and not as good as the more expensive DPA4060.
